My Story
I’m Purnima.
I help women who aspire to be an entrepreneur.
I am a science postgraduate, did a few jobs in the private as well as government sectors. Just like every woman, career choices, marriage and kids are some of the determining factors which brought challenging circumstances in front of me. Many research shows that women’s participation in entry-level jobs is more than 50% than the senior management positions across the globe. It means more women can be seen doing junior-level jobs but very few sustain and survive to reach senior-level positions. After rowing through similar difficulties, I find that self-employment or a business is immensely recommended for women if they are interested. Pros and Cons will always be there however it’s worth trying.
At present, I am not a millionaire/ billionaire though equipped with experiences and knowledge to start and run a business with minimum resources available in limited time performing responsibilities.I founded my 1st firm when my daughter was 2 years old and handled all operations single-handedly. I learned things. I choose not to take help from any nanny to raise my child. The pace was very slow but growing. Today I am Co- building Fluent English 121. My achievements are not that great yet on the parameter of monetary success however, my small steps transformed my life.
I believe people have so many notions and myths related to a life of a business person or consultant. In reality, starting a business is way easier at present. Less financial risks are involved and are highly likely to be scalable.
It took me 3 years to decide where to start. Resultantly, it increased my journey to understand “must-know” things on the path and delayed my growth. Informed decisions can avoid it. Small success will boost your confidence and will lead you further. It has been observed widely that people start from one business and scale get success in some other.
I experienced myself that business could be one of the best-suited options for women in this era to have financial independence and comparatively less juggling with other responsibilities. The business gives you the opportunity to a flexible lifestyle along with other advantages. I don’t believe that there is any shortcut to success.
Good things take time however right direction does matter.
But what if that very 1st step is never taken??
Let me help you to decrease the decision-making journey to take the very 1st step in that direction.
When we start a journey, we initiate the process to reach the destination…
